Every Blackram Audio sample pack is 100% royalty-free. Once you have a pack, the music you make with it is yours: release it, sell it, stream it and license it anywhere, in any quantity, and never pay us again.
No splits, no clearance, no credit required.
You keep 100% of your credits, publishing, royalties and advances. You never need to clear a sample with us, on a small independent release or on a major label one. Crediting Blackram Audio is always welcome, but never required.
You can
- Use the sounds in any music, commercial or not, and release it on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Bandcamp and everywhere else
- License your music for film, TV, ads, games and podcasts
- Lease or sell your beats exclusively, including trackouts for the artist
- Share project files and stems with the collaborators and engineers working on your track
- Sell your tracks through stock music libraries (without Content ID where our sounds are prominent)
- Demo, review and teach with the sounds on YouTube, TikTok and streams
You can’t
You may not sublicense, sell, share, lend, rent, assign or otherwise pass on the sounds themselves, except as part of your own finished track. That means no reselling them in your own sample packs, kits, presets or DAW templates, no uploading them for others to download, no releasing a loop essentially unchanged as a track, no registering the sounds themselves with Content ID, and no using them to train AI models.
